Design And Realization Of System Management In ASP-Based Region Networked Manufacturing System

"Regional Networked Manufacturing" is the combination of advanced manufacturing technology and networking technology, which will bring new changes and challenge for the manufacturing industry in our country. It is significant because networked manufacturing is qualified in certain area, which has the same requirement and characteristic. The main modes of Regional Networked Manufacturing are dynamic enterprise alliance propelled by important enterprise in industry and Application Service Provider (ASP) system middle and small enterprise oriented. ASP is one of the important aspects on globalizing development, which supply software application services, alleviate burden for enterprise as a newest mode of outsourcing. The traits of Regional Networked Manufacturing and ASP are combined in Networked Manufacturing ASP Platform, which is an opened and synthetical platform, promoting the development of information technologies (IT) in certain region.Supported by the National High-Tech R&D Programs for CIMS, "Development and Applications of Networked Manufacturing System for Cheng De Mian Cored Region" (Grant No. 2002AA414050), the naissance, the definition, the research status and the significance of regional networked manufacturing are summarized and expatiated firstly. Then, presents the overall architecture of Regional Networked Manufacturing based on the demanding analysis. Then the users and payment of this system are analyzed and the detail designing of user management module and payment management module are provided. Finally, the main works and contributions in this dissertation are concluded, and the work on future is prospected. Following is the detail structure:In the 1st chapter, the naissance, the definition, the research status and the significance of regional networked manufacturing are summarized and expatiated, and the research target and main content of this dissertation based on the project are proposed.In the 2nd chapter, the Application Service Provider (ASP) based implementing mode for regional networked manufacturing system is provided. The ASP-based model will give good instruction to system implementation.In the 3rd chapter, the detail designing of system management module are provided. Firstly, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is studied. Then,an integrated user access control model for Regional Networked Manufacturing System is provided. Then, the detail designing of user management module is provided. Finally, provides the database designing of user management module.In the 4th chapter, the detail designing of payment management module is provided. Firstly, the importance of payment management is discussed on ASP service platform. Then, types of service and payment tactics are discussed. Finally, provides UML model and database designing of payment management.In the 5th chapter, firstly several key technologies are presented. Then, the realization of user management module and payment management module are provided.
