Networked Collaborative Manufacturing(NCM) is now an important part of modern manufacturing industry, due to the economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology. At least one Collaborative Enterprise(CE) is involved besides one Main Enterprise(ME) in a NCM process, the ME is the one in charge. Till now, NCM has been a hot point to most researchers and manufacturing enterprises, who have been made lots of achievements both in theoretical research and practical application.However, manufacturing equipments can not be integrated or shared all over the world efficiently, because they are characterized in Geographically dispersed, function heterogeneous and Management autonomous etc. Meanwhile, the relationship between the equipment and the selection targets is complicated to understand, and it is hard for enterprise to select equipment optimally. Therefore, based on the existing domestic and international relevant research results, this thesis would research some key problems like the equipment modeling, the constraint charactoristics of equipment, the optimal selection method, and also build a supporting system to test the results.Firstly, the modeling method for networked manufacturing equipment was researched. The thesis analyzed the attributes of the equipment, also concluded the modeling needs, then the modeling architecture was built under the background of Neo4 j. After these, the semantic description for equipment was researched in Cypher, a search method for information in Neo4 j data-base was researched based on ergodic solution.Secondly, along with the research of constraint charatoristics for equipment, the optimal selection method for euipment was researched. Researched the relationship between equipment attributs and the selection targets, built the constraint charatoristics architecture, then a mathmatic model was proposed, furthermore, an optimal selection method for euipment based on constraint charatoristics was proposed. What's more, a collaborative manufacturing enterprise helped us with the data, and we solved the mathmatic model.Finally, aiming at the situation and demands of an collaborative enterprise in Chongqing, an optimal selection system for networked collaborative manufacturing equipment was proposed and designed, which was used to test the fuction and achieved good effect.
