The development of mobile communication from the date of the invention of radio, has experienced three generations, and the 4G network is in the construction phase. Xinyu Telecom has the latest development of the mobile network business among three major telecommunication carriers, and so the current share of market share is also the smallest. How to attract more users in such a highly competitive mobile market, in addition to relying on the advantage of low price package, the most important is to rely on high quality network. Only to enhance the signal cover quality of the mobile communication network, users enjoys high-quality telecommunications services, so they can be more trusted the brand of Xinyu Telecom. Therefore, it is very important to have the LTE broadband mobile network planning and construction of Xinyu Telecom.This thesis analyzes the problems of the market and network structure from the current situation of Xinyu Telecom, then put forward the inevitable trend of LTE technology development, as well as the target of LTE broadband mobile network planning and construction of Xinyu Telecom. First of all, we introduce the planning and design of core bearer network and wireless networks of Xinyu Telecom, as well as analysis of the specific network architectures, respectively. Then we mainly explain the construction of outdoor stations of LTE telecommunications. Sections explain in detail the case of BBU pool building program, and the PHS LTE renovation and new building programs, which has been achieved in the specific network construction. Further, the construction of indoor distribution systems, as a way to improve indoor covering of the outdoor signal, is also necessary for high-rise residential buildings and commercial buildings. Finally, we describe the planning and design of LTE indoor distribution systems, and explain the indoor distribution system design and construction process by the example of the indoor distribution systems of Xinyu City PSB Technology Building, common constructed by Xinyu Telecom, Xinyu Mobile and Xinyu Unicom.Through the planning and construction of LTE mobile broadband network, the mobile network covering quality of Xinyu Telecom has been significantly improved. We have the simulation with planning before and after to proof it, in the chapter six.
