With the rapid development of internet, The mobile data business and capacity of business improve quickly in recent years. Especially after the reconstruction of telecommunication in 2008, China Mobile becomes operator of all businesses, and all kinds of business are developed for a long time to raise more requirements of IP, broadband and integration, the change of transport network and large-scale construction are necessary for the development of current business.PTN(Packet Transport Network) is a technology integrated with TDM, ATM, IP and other business, it has the advantage of MSTP, internet and MPLS, which based on group architecture, and it’s the important part of transport network. OTN is the most important part of backbone, which uses optical wave channel to transmit user signals, and mainly used to transmit PTN, CMNet, CDN and GPON. The main feature of PTN is packet switching, OTN remedied the limitation of WDM. The combination of PTN and OTN will greatly improve the use ratio of fiber and transmittability, in current project construction, which can meet the need of business operation fast and make network communication smart and provides wider bandwidth, higher security and longer distance.From this paper, we find that country business demand speeds up bandwidth obviously with rapid construction of 4G base station and swift development of big data business. The existed 10 GE PTN converging of banner and county in Tong Liao city does not cover large scale villages and towns that should be expanded the coverage of PTN converging, the existed transmission network converging has already revealed the problems of insufficient capacity. The remaining channel of original OTN device could not meet loop construction of PTN, OTN device transformation should be operated with the demand of PTN device. Therefore, 10 GE PTN device with 46 port and corresponding 10 GE board card are added temporarily to transform the converging transmission circuit of banner and suburb and replace the original devices without overlaying rate function by overlaying double 10 GE. The ends of added wave length division device and corresponding transceiver integrated veneer bear PTN device, the 112 port of added joining layer 10 GE PTN device meets the business demand of GE port of TD-LTE and requirement of bandwidth promoting of big customers. The project is on the implement phase, construction standard about Tong Liao Metropolitan area transmission network meets the related norms, system and technological requirement of Inner Mongolia company of China Mobile.The scheme of this paper not only improves the whole network transmission capacity and network security, but also decreases the investment and makes foundation for development of branch office. The engineering construction with full condition is necessary and feasible for developing mobile communication business of all district to promote development of economics and informatization of the whole autonomous region.
