The Planning And Implementation Of Inner Mongolia Unicom Mobile Network Ip

Mobile communication will be mainly based on high speed data multimedia service in future, and IP technology has a huge advantage when it to transmit data multimedia business. Mobile network IP is technically advanced, easy to save the cost, convenient for a variety of business integration and the development of new revenue-generating services.Mobile network of China Unicom has had the conditions of implementation of voice IP with the preparation in recent years. The mobile network IP will be done in the premise of make full use of IP bearing and the existing transmission resources.Since the completion of the WCDMA network in2009, the equipment of Inner Mongolia Unicom mobile core network has been used in the soft exchange, but most business still carrying on TDM circuits. Which results in shortage of TDM port and transmission circuit, no equipment disaster-recovery and network load can not automatically balance.Based on the above situation, this paper introduces the mobile network IP basic concept, value and trend of development,formulates the planning of Inner Mongolia Unicom mobile network IP and the transformation scheme of the first stage, analysis the effect and the changes of the first phase of the IP transformation and formulate corresponding measures.The results of this study have been applied in the current network, experienced the first real test to achieve the expected effect of the design.
