Telecom industry with the development of 3G,4G, users use telecommunications business is more and more frequent, especially the explosion of OTT class application traffic services. The resulting high risk overdue bills, and to guarantee high quality business communication quality, real-time billing, real-time letter accused of supporting capacity is becoming more and more urgent. Especially in the era of 4G, network communications services to operators to provide quality assurance become very important. In order to meet the requirements of operator, real-time billing, real-time billing system Ⅰ participated in the company research and development, through the participation in architecture design, module landing process, such as building real-time billing system for operators to provide real-time pricing ability. This topic comes from the myself work achievement, through summarizing in billing systems engineering, and further research of real-time billing system architecture right.In this study, mainly through introducing the architecture of distributed real-time message processing, through a series of message queue, the network communication server, memory, database research, auxiliary key components such as level build telecom billing system in real time. Through a series of technical means of the research, to ensure the real-time billing system with high performance, high stability, the advantages of flexible business control ability.This article first introduced the thesis research topic background, the evolution of industry development trend, and related knowledge is introduced, and the content of the key research. Then, in this paper, the real-time billing system requirements are analyzed and the introduction of real-time billing system architecture design. On the basis of this illustrates the key technology of real-time billing system involves, implementation of module and the concrete implementation approach. Finally, through the summary and prospect of comprehensive analysis of the results of this study, and in view of the insufficiency in this paper, we study improvement ideas were put forward.
