The Public Culture Service Promotion Road Of County(District)Library, With Fuzhou Area As An Example

The strategic goal was set forth definitely that a system of public cultural services should be basically in place by 2020 in the 18th CPC National Congress.and promoting innovation in cultural institutions and mechanisms is an important part of Deepening Reform and Opening Up in an All-Around Way, which is made clear in the Communique of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. To improve the public cultural service system and make such services more efficient, we need to take great efforts to develop culture undertakings. The information resources utilization of county(district) library and its service quality have the most direct and deepest influence on the construction of public cultural service system, and the prosperous development of county(district) library is a basic guarantee for the building of public cultural services system. This study is committed to making better use of county(district) library. The paper clarifies that county(district) library is the center for free lifelong learning, county(district) information service, local cultural inheritance and cultural recreation, It analyses the status, achievements, the existing problems and its causes of county(district) libraries in public cultural service in Fuzhou area. Finally, it puts forward emphatically that the public cultural service of county(district) library has four main directions, to lay a solid foundation and promote service, to create service brand and develop unique service, to build the service platform and use digital media to improve influence.
