Taking management problems of the company as background, the concrete design method of Manpower Resource Intelligent Management System is given. It can greatly improve the efficiency and raise the enterprise benefit and management level., it may fundamentally reconstruct the enterprise flow.Specifically, the contents of this article include: introduced the development background of HR management system, and the information share, function design, technology feature of the system. And then brings forward the existed HR problems by introducing the compensation incentive mechanism accounting firms situation home and aboard. Involved in information system design and development of related technology, mainly including the JSP technology, J2 EE architecture, and based on the MVC design pattern and so on, the technology system will be applied to high-level personnel in the design and implementation of information system. Then the demand for high-level personnel system is analyzed, including aspects of the function and specific requirements in terms of performance requirements. Then carries on the detailed design of high-level personnel system, by using the combined method of class diagram and sequence diagram, the system’s main modules:(1) the performance of the module(2) basic information module(3)(4) the system management module recruitment module design process has carried on the detailed elaboration. On the basis of this paper expounds on the implementation of high-level personnel system, the interface of each module and interface of the description of the specific function in detail, including the performance of the module, basic information module, system management module, recruiting module interface and key code, etc. Finally to high-level personnel system test, the test includes two aspects, respectively is function test and performance test, the function tests, by writing a specific case, to carry on the system input, and then compare the expected output and actual output; In performance test, through the simulation of a large number of users at the same time operating scenarios to test the pressure to bear ability of information system, and the result of the test data are analyzed.
