Jinneng Group is a large-scale enterprise group in Shanxi.The Group has five major industrial sectors.There are more than 12 companies in controlling operations and more than 300,000 employees.It involves a wide range of business and manpower.In the face of modern enterprise transformation,talent strategy is the top priority in transition.Based on this,Shanxi Jinneng Group began to increase management efforts in human resources,further strengthen the Group's competitiveness,and began to develop human resources management system.This paper analyzes the background and significance of Jinneng Group's human resources management system and the status quo at home and abroad,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the human resources status,and then conducts a preliminary investigation of the system's needs.After understanding the overall organizational structure of the personnel and the status of human resources,detailed requirements documents were prepared.According to the results of previous needs analysis,a use case diagram was created using the Rose modeling tool,and the overall architecture of the system was designed.The functional modules were gradually refined and the timing diagram of each function module was made.The database design was completed on the basis of the overall design.Based on the analysis of the system architecture,the current popular J2 EE system development platform was used to develop the system.After a period of deployment and testing,the system eventually went live.This article analyzes and discusses the system according to software engineering theory.The Jinneng Group human resources management system discussed in this article incorporates the concept of modern human resource management and the management practice of many companies,and raises the human resources management work to a strategic height,fully embodies the “people-oriented” thinking to enhance organizational management capabilities and strategic implementation.With the aim of competence,we strive to create a management system based on a competency model and an evaluation and incentive system centered on performance management.In order to ensure that companies effectively recruit employees,develop employees,motivate employees,and use employees,in order to achieve the goal of “simultaneous development of employees and enterprises”,enabling companies to build an efficient,standardized,standardized,and scientific enterprise human resources management system in a short period of time.
