| National Scholarship granted by the central government contributes a lot to improve school life, for example, it can encourage excellent college students for further study, fill up the financial gap among the students, and promote education as well as campus harmony. In recent years, according to the expanding of college enrollment continues, the number of students has been a marked messaging and communication. Mainly in the central and provincial funding university management information transfer is not smooth, communication and information management center and city funding is not smooth, exchanges between universities and students is not smooth. These problems are called major obstacle to state grants accreditation. Only by further strengthening scholarships assessment of information technology research, establish an efficient and convenient stipends assessment management system, it helps to solve the above problems.Combined with the actual situation and some problems in state grants management system, a small management information system based on B/S architecture is design. During development of the entire system, we use ASP.NET to build environment, SQL Server 2000 to design the back-end database and Visual Studio 2005 to develop the system. The system chooses ASP.NET to achieve dynamic process. In this paper, we conduct the following research:A detail description of the Web database management systems, including access methods of Web database and the structure of the database system and other related technologies has been made. Describes the logical structure, the database conceptual structure, physical structure, the software architecture of the system. The system’s platform is Windows 2000, and we use the B/S multi-tier architecture, and the SQL Server2000 database to ensure the stability of the database. All these advantages make it easy to operate and maintain, and accordingly the system will greatly improve our current application procedures of financial assistance. |
