It is designed and developed for the construction of two-level software application platform of city and county for data collection,monitoring and early warning,information analysis,auxiliary decision-making,command and dispatch,and flood prevention office.This paper takes 3S technology and Internet of Things technology as the means,and relies on the water and rain information collected and stored in the warehouse to achieve rapid response and unified dispatch of mountain flood disasters.This paper uses JAVA as the programming language and SQL server 2008 as the database management system to study and design the mountain flood disaster prediction and warning system.The system receives the data sent by the rain gauge station,the water level station,the flow station,etc.,and automatically gives an alarm prompt through the system algorithm,and uses the early warning information function to publish to each district(city)county,thereby achieving the early warning function,the system integration and the flood control command.In the system,when the system alarms,the flood control commander can issue flood prevention information through the flood control command system,thereby notifying the personnel to evacuate and transfer materials in advance.The system is based on data transmission and storage,and water and rain data management is the core.Through wireless transmission technology,GIS technology,3D modeling and other technologies to achieve advance prediction and early warning,so as to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.The system consists of rain information service sub-module,water information service sub-module,video information service sub-module,work information service sub-module,early warning information service sub-module,disaster information service sub-module,flood control command sub-module,plan information management The sub-module eight modules,the main purpose is to establish a standardized,accurate,rapid and reasonable prediction of mountain flood disasters,improve the efficiency and work level of flood control work.In the process of system design,I used the method of designing the front and back of the system separately.The front-end system is written in Java and JavaScript.The back-end uses Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis framework.The system uses SQL SERVER 2008 as the database management system and the server uses WINDOWS operating system.The mountain flood disaster prediction and early warning system mainly designs eight subsystem modules.The rain information service module and the video information service module are the main objects I have written.Through the system flow chart,we have studied and designed eight system modules,and The sub-module processing logic is centrally planned,written in detail,and fully demonstrated in the front-end system.After the completion of the preparation,the system test was carried out to carry out the BUG repair work.Through the operation and test,we found that the designed mountain flood disaster prediction and warning system is complete,and successfully realized the expected function and can meet the design requirements.
