The concept of human resource management is proposed in the fifty or sixty’s of last century, started late in China, the early eighty’s was put forward "is the slogan of the most valuable assets of the organization", which marked the era of human resources management. The University Library of our country, the research on human resource management is an important subject in the present management and practice in the process of. The core of human resource management is human, so human resource management in University library. With the economy and the advent of the Internet era, the development of personnel management of University Library in the past the traditional sense has not complied with the current situation, reform be imperative. In the past, the university library is the university staff pension, or arrange staff family place, which caused the library staff’s quality is relatively low, the human resources management more confusion, lack of incentive mechanism is necessary and effective, they don’t have the sense of competition, efficiency is low, it all has to do with the modern society seems to be misfits. In view of this phenomenon, this paper carries on the detailed analysis of the situation of human resources in the libraries in Colleges and universities and the existing problems, find the reasons for this situation, and put forward concrete measures of University Library in the human resources management innovation. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the purpose and significance of this study, points out the research value; the second part is the research status at home and abroad, through analysis of advantages of human resources management in University Library at home and abroad and the insufficiency, we find the gap with the advanced countries, to each other; the third part is the ideas and methods of the study is the main problem of human resource management in University Library as the research object, starting from the human resources management related, the importance of human resources of University Library in the. According to the present situation of human resource management in university library management system, in order to find out the problems and influence, and further proposes the solutions of College Library in the management mechanism problems, and puts forward countermeasures; the fourth part is a summary of the human resource management of university library, from theoretical analysis, the necessity of human resource management of university library; in the fifth part, Fujian province H University as an example, the present situation and causes of human resources management in university library are analyzed;The sixth part through the various problems of Library in the high school put forward countermeasures to improve human resources in University Libraries of Fujian province. The focus of this paper is to put forward their own views on human resource management in University Library and countermeasures; hope to human resources management to provide some reference suggestions for University library.
