With the development of information technology and globalization, domestic and international conformities arc emerging and the conflict between the improvement of audience requirements and the lagging satisfaction of the measures are appearing. China TV media is struggling. To adapt the tidal current of developments, China TV media has been working hard to implement "enterprise management of institution units". The reformation of TV media is really requiring the support of the professional persons and the human resource management.This work is mainly concerned with the analysis and investigation for the human resource management of our country based on the study of international and domestic human resource managements, and also the establishment of the management system for modern human resource managements with the assist of the existing management system. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this research, some key concepts and theoretic foundation as well as the contents and the methodologies. In the second chapter, the classification and characteristics of the media human resources is mainly introduced, and simultaneously, the characteristics of the domestic and foreign media human resource managements are also analyzed and studied. In the third chapter, the management system for the human resource of our country is established basically from four different aspects, which includes the recruiting system of the media, the prompting mechanism of training, the prompting mechanism of performance management and the managing scheme of salary and pay. Furthermore, the human resource management of the media enterprises is indicated as systems engineering.In summery, the human resource management of the broadcasting station is an important foundation for the healthy development of the whole media. On the basis of enterprise management, strengthening management skills, enhancing employees’ expertise, promoting competition of the whole organization,and performing the research work of the media human resource management have theoretical and realistic significance for the sustained development of our country media.
