In recent years, along with integral economy in world , spreading information in world and knowledge-based economy coming,the competition between news media is more and more furious .Ostensibly they contest readers and the market, actually the competition is a synthetical strength bout based on the news person with ability which sustains media.The drastic professional competition makes more and more media know the importance of person with ability .But comparatively with the media at new created period, old media of majority or "new" media on steady period treat the news talented persons less emphasizely at the usage and the management. In regard to our country newspapering, the transformation of new and old system, medium market body of faintness,and the policy for upper grade supervisor section all restrict media to create human resource management's mechanism . On one hand the media is to change the role hardly, and get involved the market competition by the business enterprise behavior;on the other hand, internal mechanism reform especially personnel reform without on time arrival,which makes the media reform to succeed tired.The person with ability is the core competition of newspapering.But it is not enough to have the cognition only, the person's exploitation, education, usage, also demand to establish a reasonable scientific and valid system and mechanism.The thesis is based on collected articles and works about the study on human resource management problem and countermeasure of newspapering, and I survey in Changjiang Daily ,Guangzhou Medicine Economic Report etc. media,contact with human resource manage section and interview the representative director.During the course,I understand the primary content of human resource management in newspapering.I hope my systemic research to offer the valid countermeasure of the human resource problem in newspapering. This thesis is organized as follows:The first section presents a general summary of the modern human resource management theories and analyzes its good and bad briefly.The second part talks over the connotation and the importance of human resource management in newspapering, especially stands out the important position of human resource management inside the competition of modern newspapering .In third part, newspapering faces new situation in management of human resource nowadays, especially the market economy , Internet technique's development and enter WTO bring new problems.Part 4, as the important part of this thesis,addresses newspapering human resource management present condition and the pivotal problems that exsit,and takes apart the idea, knowledge construction and management mechanism etc.thoroughly.The fifth part, as the core of this thesis,gives some countermeasures about how to reform the mechanism of newspapering human resource management. From the system's strategy angle, the thesis offers some viable measures in person's choice,usage,allotment,assession and training etc.aspects.Finally there is a brief conclusion.
