Design And Reality Of Management System Of Surface Water Quality In Hunan Province Routine Surveillance Section

With the rapid development of social economy, hunan province, known as the “land of fish and rice”, has brought great pressure to protect the water resources. How to quickly master the water quality situation of hunan province and the surrounding sensitive situation, to provide technical support for disposal of environmental events, is our urgent need to solve the problem.This dissertation is focused on establishing the information system of surface water quality in hunan province routine surveillance section information database and management system. The system will be collected a lot of information, including water quality automatic station data, water function regionalization, the province(city) of the control section, sources of pollution, drinking water intake, drain outlet and hydrological parameters, contingency plans, and many other information. The system will be programmed in the.NET platform, through the network technology, database technology and GIS technology. At the same time, all of the information will be characterized on the GIS platform.Through this system, environmental management and monitoring personnel can intuitively understand the information of the polluted sections and make a quick response. So that we can minimize the accident losses, contaminated section downstream people’s water security.
