With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the number of resident population increased, leading to public fire safety hazards constantly exposed serious threat to people’s life and property safety. In recent years, increased emphasis on fire safety, the state, the majority of troops through the new integrated training base to carry out fire fighting and rescue and accident disaster environment handle complex combat exercises, training firefighters battle spot psychological and emergency handling ability.The traditional combat training exercises can significantly improve the fire fighters and rescue capabilities and mobility. However, the base of the combat training there are also many disadvantages. With the rapid development of modern computers and electronic information technology, virtual reality technology advantage because new technologies have been widely used in the development of researchers Fire simulation training system, so as to solve the problems of traditional training methods to provide technical support. This article is based on virtual reality technology, through the integration of Cortex embedded technology, firefighters can be used to design a virtual training simulation system equipment.This paper introduces the research background and significance, designed to show that the subject of the design and implementation of the system has a value of applied research by analyzing the current development situation of virtual reality technology in fire training areas and compared with the existing training system system where the merits of this project implementation, to provide information to determine the basis for research and technological innovation research content points.Subsequent chapters are mainly discusses in detail the design and implementation issues, in accordance with the overall design of the system is divided into two parts individually designed, in part, fire simulation operation panel design, the other part is the virtual scene somatosensory clothing design. Two different fire equipment using the same hardware platform architecture, design methodology similar, so technically homology can be integrated into the same virtual reality software platform. System implementation process is divided into hardware design, software system implementation and system integration testing. Hardware circuit for each system component modules between functional units designed complementary modules, together constitute the underlying hardware systems. Software programming on two platforms, one based on ARM embedded design platform, the other one is the interface for the design of the Windows platform.
