DTH JDH Project Procurement Management Research

As a key national radio and television broadcast project undertaking unit, Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd takes on the whole advancement and implementation of security work for the radio and television live broadcast project during “the twelfth five-year” plan. This paper aims to through the evaluation and analysis of the status quo of Jiuzhou company’s procurement management, take the procurement performance optimization as target and exerted some powerful control measures.Finally,we formed a variety of new features,such as systemized the quality and cost of procurement, informationized the procurement resources, formed a new type of relationship management of suppliers,etc.This thesis is focused on supply chain management and basic theory of procurement management to research the implement of procurement management process and process optimization, and introduce supply chain management and procurement management theory, by researching the procurement management process of Jiuzhou Company’s JDH project, from the whole purchasing process and the associated related business processes, by using the principle of supply chain management and other related knowledge. Proceeding with the material design, production plan arrangement, material quality control and other associated procurement aspects, applying the methods such as process control, causal analysis, data comparison, etc. and using high-tech means such as ERP system, barcode system to ensure the efficient operation for routine procurement work.Through detailed analysis on JDH project’s procurement management status,we found the main problems in the procurement management,such as the procurement costs are too high, the procurement business efficiency is low, the performance of the purchasing is poor, the management of suppliers is unreasonable,etc. And the reasons for these problems are analyzed in detail. In the research of the JDH project’s procurement management based on supply chain environment,we took a number of innovative measures to solve these problems, to the maximum extent to improve procurement efficiency. The thesis obtains some thoughts and suggestions for JDH project procurement management, which reinforces procurement management to the use of internal related links and improves and optimizes the procurement channel management and procurement implementation separation. It is also a reference for the similar electronic manufacturing enterprises on procurement management.The main content of this thesis is divided into five parts.
