As the key part, the thesis focuses on introducing intelligent workflow, document management functions, and the realization of the archive management detailed function design, In the part of system testing, the thesis makes the test of workflow configuration, documents and archives management as well as system experience perception test. According to the test, the system is optimized, which is helpful to improve the traditional office management system process management, strengthen workflow processing ability, having both strong theoretical reference value and practical application reference value.
