Design And Implementation Of The Asset Securitization System Based On SSM Framework

With the continuous innovation and development of the financing methods and corresponding theories of enterprises,asset securitization,as a new financing method,greatly affects the existing financial structure and credit allocation pattern,and gradually becomes one of the most important and rapid financial innovation tools in the world financial field.Because the traditional manual method uses paper documents as the carrier and the heavy business processing process of securitization,the professional skills and requirements of the employees of the enterprise are gradually increased,which makes the processing period longer and virtually increase the management cost of the enterprise.This manual processing method can not meet the needs of business normalization and large-scale development.This article will be from the software From the engineering point of view,the asset securitization system with basic SSM framework is designed and developed in view of the various short in financing and computer software related technology.Based on the theoretical research of relevant technology at home and abroad,this paper designs and develops a basic SSM framework asset securitization system based on the background of the asset securitization business needs of a securities company combined with the market research results and advanced development technology.During requirements analysis,the main participants of the system are divided into business personnel,administrators and OA systems according to the different functional requirements of various users.By using UML unified modeling language,the system is divided into six main functional modules: asset import,asset screening,cash flow analysis,investor information management,securities trading information management and income distribution.The main business processes of each functional module are described in detail with the function case table.The non-functional requirements of each functional module are analyzed in detail from two aspects of system response time and concurrency.in the process of system design and implementation,the system network hierarchy and software hierarchy are first designed.the system adopts Java language as the main programming language,the MVC three-tier architecture design pattern is used to clarify the system hierarchy,and the more commonly used SSM framework is used to facilitate the rapid development of the system.the system function modules strictly abide by the design ideaof high cohesion and low coupling.Then the main functions of the system are set up in detail The main business processes of each functional module are described in detail by flow chart,and the static dynamic information of different modules is described by class diagram and sequence diagram,and the related functional modules are realized.In the process of cash flow analysis module implementation,risk stress test algorithm is used to analyze the ability of banks to resist risks.Finally,the logical structure of the database is designed by E-R entity diagram,and the main table structure of the corresponding database is introduced.During the testing phase of the system,the system is tested by Jmeter testing tools from both functional requirements testing and non-functional requirements testing.Testing The results show that the main functional modules of the system fully accord with the functional analysis of all kinds of business scenarios in the requirement analysis stage and perfectly accord with all the business requirements of the for the system,indicating that the asset securitization system meets the needs of the user.The system solves the problems of large number of work,complex work flow,easy loss of paper documents,low efficiency of business processing,and realizes the effective integration and sharing of securitization information resources,as well as the effective allocation and full utilization of resources,so that information management can serve all parties involved in securitization.The time cost and economic cost of securities companies are greatly saved by efficient online processing.The asset securitization system effectively promotes the formalization,humanization and digitization of financing methods of securities companies,which is of great significance to all kinds of securities companies.
