Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Fixed Assets Management System Based On SSH Framework

With the application range of information technology expanding, more and more fields begin to introduce information system to replace the traditional manual mode, which includes asset management. At present, the most enterprises still use manual mode to process fixed asset management business, the mode has many defects, for example low efficiency. The above affects can been solved by introducing information system which is development trend in the future.The thesis introduces the implementation of fixed assets management system from Requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. In the requirements analysis phase, the system requirement is certain which consist of security protection, asset management, asset warning, assets statistics and basic data management. In the system design phase, according to requirement scheme, the system design is completed which includes database design and detailed design of module. In the system implementation phase, the J2 EE platform is used to develop code, the SQL Server2012 is used to store data. In addition, in order to improve system performance, the SSH framework technology is introduced, and the SMS cat technology is used to implement notice function. In the system testing phase, the thesis executes the functional testing and performance testing, and the defects are been solved. The system has the characteristic of stable operation, easy to use.The fixed assets management system has been implemented, and it has been applied to enterprise to deal with asset management business. The operation results show that the system can improve the efficiency of enterprise asset management.
