The development of agriculture needs revolution of agricultural technology, and the modern construction of agriculture requires sustain of agriculture high-new technology. Entering innovative era of agricultural technology, the application and development of "precision agriculture" of precision management system of modern agriculture can excavate adequately potential of field, and utilize appropriately resource of water and fertilizer, and avid pollution of environment, and advance quality of produce, and ensure sustainable development of agriculture. Therefore, precision agriculture is trend of agricultural development in the world, and it is should be the first choice of the agriculture modernization. The precision agriculture technology is a kind of agricultural management system on the basis of the variability of spatial and temporal of crop yield of small section and circumstance factor in the field. By analyzing reason of influence yield variability of small section according to the role of all factors in crop growth, then doing a decision-making by GIS, and adopting the measure of melody-control which is feasible in technology and effective in economy, and making a difference between small sections, finally based on the needs of different small sections orientation melody-control is implemented. The precision agriculture as a muti-subject synthesis technology is system engineering of combining agriculture, agriculture machine and information technology, and is most integrity and scientific innovation and revolution for crop production. The implement of precision agriculture needs to study a series of technology. Moreover, the essence of precision agriculture is variable management on the crop growth circumstance and yield variability in small sections in the field. Therefore, the surveying and describing of field information variability are important basis of precision agriculture development.A lot of results of quantify description of field information have been published on international academic publication. However, because of complexity of crop growth conditions, there is no the collection and process of field information suit to different cultivation institution and different field, and it needs further research. Lately, the study of the collection and process of field information in precision agriculture all over the world has focused mostly on the variation law of soil property. However, the application extent of advanced technology was different, and the practicability evaluation of spatial variability of field information was few, and the describing of the relation between the crop yield spatial distribution and soil property spatial distribution was much less. Therefore, it is very important the study of collection and process of field information for precision agriculture in our country. The paper focuses on the following contents: With the help of GPS, the field information was tested in a 13.3 ha. field of winter wheat. 63 sampling points of soil property and were collected in soil surface (0~20cm) and 63 sampling of wheat yield property were collected in thefield, which were sampled on a 50m grid, and the point positions were oriented by ordinary measure instrument and GPS receiver. The spatial variability of field information was analyzed by using statistics and geo-statistics. The field information included the soil property: total-N , available N, soil organic matter, available P , available K, bulk density, soil water content and electrical conductivity ,and the wheat yield attribute: crop yield, plant yield, ears per mu, seed number per mu, weight of thousand grain and crop height, which were studied using spatial distribution maps and semi-variograms that can explicitly express the random and structure of soil property and yield attribute. The interpolation methods were studied and decided, and the soil spatial distributing map and yield distributing map were drawn, but the spatial variability of soil property and yield attribute were analyzed, and the primary field informati...
