Information Collection And Data Processing Of The Comprehensive Experimental Unit Of Process Equipment And Control

Our college designs a set of new-type the comprehensive experimental device of process equipment and control in order to satisfy the demand for the process equipment and control engineering experimental teaching,to make up the shortage of the comprehensive experimental device of former process equipment and control.This paper based on physical model (water circulation system) of this equipment,takes advantage of lower computer and upper computer to achieve the data acquisition,monitoring and processing.In the article,the lower computer uses PCI data acquisition card to achieve the signal collection and conversion.The upper computer uses LabVIEW,a more popular virtual instrument develop software,and MATLAB with powerful data-handling capacity.Based on analysing deeply experiment principle, the article uses LabVIEW to design a friendly human-computer interface for the experimental content that we need,to achieve data real time monitoring and to accomplish the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer.It also uses MATLAB to handle the experimental data.
