The equipment defective event has usual occurrenced and gives a large of economy loss because of the problems, such as intensity, structure, vibrating, material, craft, etc., The Rotating Machinery Status Monitoring and Failure Diagnosis System calls the equipment diagnosis again, is a kind of understanding the equipment status during it's working, and could forecasted the trend of the fault development.Panzhihua Iron & Steel (group) Corporation is a huge metallurgy business enterprise, its rotating machinery have the characteristics of diverse, large, continuous, high speed, automation. As a key equipment in the modern and large-scale production, it will cause a very huge economy loss once appearing the fault.It's developed of The PanGang Online Rotating Machinery Status Monitoring and Failure Diagnosis System, being not only advantageous to climbing the new equipment diagnosis technology of a personnel in the PanGang also is the demand that advantaged the equipment normalization management and the performance in the maintenance.It is designed of The PanGang Online Rotating Machinery Status Monitoring and Failure Diagnosis System, based on the familiar failure of rotation machinery and some advanced signal analysis and process technologies. It is described of the Capsheaf Framework, Conception Model, Action Model, Subassembly Model, HMI. It is designed of the class of the data acquisition.5).It is defined of the data storage formatting and the operation.6).It is developed of the application system by used of Visual C++6.0, it is usedfor LiHua DAQ2000 series. It is integrated The System Configure Model, The Signal Analysis Model, The Archives Management Model, etc., based on the common control interface of database.7).It is validated used of Units Testing, Assembly Test, Submit Test, System Test. It is satisfied for industrial survey.8)Pass the simulation of the laboratory, the run - time performance of the computer descends obviously when signals to the gateway or saving data to attain certainly, appearing data to lost for the database server consumed too many CPU time after amount of data is huge to increased.In recent years, with the DSP technical development and maturity, at the high speed machine, sets of equipments, according to the delaminated architecture has more economy, more reliable and simple maintenance. Along with the equipment diagnosis technical applied , combine together with expert system of the fault analysis system is trending also.
