Shenyang New Dongda Co., LTD gives priority to the production of chocolate coating, with the equipment of ball mill. Now it needs to improve the quality of ball mill system by state online monitoring and control. State monitoring is using various measurements and monitoring methods, records and displays the running state of the equipment, to make abnormal state police, for equipment fault analysis data and information provided, and will appear and has appeared fault handling, achieve the purpose of automatic control.According to the chocolate ball mill workshop’ proposed requirements of the equipment state monitoring, making sure of monitoring object and control condition, and the full analysis of the production condition monitoring system in the each part of design and function of the hardware platform. Then, it chooses high performance temperature sensor, through two kinds of mode for data collection, the one is through industrial computer and the data acquisition cards produced by EVOC, the other one is through the data acquisition card based on RS485bus and the data acquisition module terminal. The forms of the equipments realize the function of information collection, complete the function of signal output through the relay output module and control electromagnetic valve and alarm action.Through the Visual Basic6.0platform it develops the software platform with the data acquisition and management module, parameter setting module and database management module, etc, which can give equipment state information Visual display, and through the software programming make the data processing, solve the problems of large ball mill, ensure error safety running smoothly. Using the Access database storage the equipment production status information, facilitating the manager future inquiry, and grasping the dynamic production.The system has been putting into use since May2011, with good effect, and the practice proves that the system greatly improve the safety of the equipment operation, reliability ensure the products of the production quality and eventually create considerable economic benefit for the enterprise.
