On Safety Equipment For Nuclear Power Plants And Process Monitoring

Instrument and control system has developed from analog control system to digital control system in nuclear power plants. Although many nuclear power plants in our country adopted or will adopt digital instrument control system, our country hasn't had enough ability to develop digital instrument and control system individually. So development of digital instrument and control system has become the key technical problems in many research institutes.The main difficulty is the development of digital protection system in the process of developing digital instrument and control system. Protection system is a safety system, which is different from common instrument and control system, so its development involves many special problems. Based on a great deal investigation, this dissertation summarizes and analyzes many important problems in the process of developing protection system, such as design principles, verification and validation and so on.
