The Design And Implementation Of Fujian Agriculture CADRE School Cadres’ Ability Evaluation System

Nowadays, electronic network technology is developing rapidly. It has gradually applied to the daily administration of the university. The cadre is to maintain the largest and most critical resource of national development and the party organization construction, and the cadre evaluation is one of the most practical management skills in the cadres management. In the past, the cadres management department often felt frustrated and thought it hard to deal with the evaluation results of complex analysis which had spent a lot of time and efFort. What’s more, some good ideas can not be further realized.Meanwhile, the new contradictions and problems which occur in the process of cadres evaluation often disturb the evaluation of cadres to play its due role, or even create a negative impact.This thesis analyses the needs, the experiences and the lessons learned in the management of cadres and intends to develop a set of software related to the Fujian Agriculture Cadre School Cadres Capacity Evaluation System. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) To analyze the requirements of the school and research the feasibility of the system. This system is designed into four main modules, that is, the user management module, the cadres management module, the module of cadres capacity evaluation and the system management module.(2) To design the main function modules by using the language tools such as Unified Modeling Language System(UML).(3) To present the progress of the four major functional modules in detail.(4) To test the system and debug.The purpose of this thesis is to improve the office efficiency,to analyzes the cadre ability scientifi调用y and to design Fujian agricultural cadre school cadres ability evaluation system For the personnel department by inheriting the past experience of cadre management and the further investigation.This project is approved by the majority of staff.After testing, this cadres evaluation system has achieved anticipated requirements. It is very efficient and provides strong support For the promotion of cadres and the personnel work of our school.
