Cadre management is important and one of the basic work of the enterprises andinstitutions,the improvement of cadre management level has an important significance forarousing the enthusiasm of cadres,improving the management level,ensuring the healthydevelopment of enterprises and institutions and so on.If we adopt traditional managementmethods, the work tends to be tedious and heavy,at the same time,it is difficult to count andinquiry,easy to bring about errors and low work efficiency;furthermore,owing to the largeamount of data of the cadres managemen work and the origin is more dispersed,it increasesthe difficulty of the day-to-day management of cadres.Therefore,the use of informationmanagement level is of great significance for improving cadre management efficiency and thelevel of decision support.Based on the comprehensive analysis of cadre management,the cadre managementinformation systems are designed and carried out the overall implementation and testing.Themain modules of the system include:cadres basic information management module,cadresselection and appointment management module,cadres information report generation andprinting module,cadres capacity evaluation module,the statistical analysis module of thecadres information,department maintenance module and system maintenance modules.In theresearch of decision support,the text focuses on the application of fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method in capability evaluation of cadres.On this basis,capability evaluation ofcadres is required and designed.In this paper,the design of the Cadre cadre management information system has appliedin our organization department,the results show that the system design has been basicallymeet the demand of the organization department to information management of the cadres andparty members, greatly improving work efficiency.So cadres information management willbecome more scientific,more fair and equitable,to provide decision support for the leadership.
