How to retain the existing customers and finding new customers in time, and give the customers fast, convenient and high quality service, have become the key point to improve the profit of 4S auto shops. With the development of computer software technology, more and more 4S stores begin to use software to assist the staff to manage the customer information, timely track customers’ demand, provide efficient service for customers. This thesis takes dozens of 4S stores as the object of study, obtain the demand of 4S stores in customer management, self management and so on, design and realize the 4S store management system, provides good support for 4S stores’ customer service and quality management.Firstly, this thesis does a comprehensive analysis of the background and current situation of the 4S shops in china, clarifies the necessity of developing our system, and analyzes the level of software development; give the feasibility of system development. Secondly, take dozens of 4S stores as research objects, get the operating mechanism, customer management, working process and other information of them, obtain the actual demand of staffs in 4S stores by using the methods of discussion and questionnaire, form a detail system requirement specification by combining with the daily work documents and historical materials. Thirdly, based on the system requirement specification, combine with the popular software development technology and platform, do the function design of our system: analyze the main technology involved in current software development, and find the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, which provides theoretical basis for the choice of technology in our system development, according to the demand of we obtained, divide our system into several service modules(customer management, servicing management, stock management, inventory management and so on), through well-defined interfaces, get each modules together, and introduce the interfaces’ definition of the main modules in detail, design the database of our system. Finally, combine with the requirement analysis and system design, realize the 4S store management system, introduce the main modules’ realization in detail, such as the servicing management and customer management, give the interfaces of main function and the corresponding core codes, what’s more, we do the function tests of our system, give the main problems encountered in the process of test, and improve our system according to the test results.By using cross platform technology, our system can run in the most operation systems now we use. It achieves overall management of the 4S stores, can assist the staffs to manage the customer information, makes it possible for them to track each customer timely, improve the efficiency of customer management, give the customer better service. At the same time, our system can do management of purchase and inventory, which makes it possible for the leaders to monitor the operation process of the store. The operation of our system meet the basic needs of 4S store management, at the same time, can provide effective reference information for the leaders to do the work plan.
