With the increasing emphasis on tobacco industry and the rapid development of Weifang tobacco industry, Shandong Weifang branch and Weifang City Tobacco Monopoly Bureau were established which manage the tobacco monopoly law enforcement, cigarette management, tobacco production and management together. But the original management means of Weifang Tobacco Monopoly Bureau can not manage the tobacco industry effectively which is continuous developing. The original management mode is inefficient, error prone. And the information delivery is not timely. In addition, the site information access is limited and the communication between customers is not convenient. These factors have affected the work schedule of visiting Weifang tobacco customers. So it is necessary to design and implement Weifang tobacco customer visit management system.The design and implementation of the Weifang tobacco customer visiting management system based on mobile application which is determined after the investigation of the advanced technology of similar systems. The system uses the B/S architecture, uses the C/S structure at the mobile phone mainly. The system uses the MVC design pattern which is divided into the control layer, the view layer and the model layer. The view layer is a part of processing data of the application. The control layer is a part of the user interface. And the model layer is a part of data logic processing of the system. The design and implementation of the system also uses the struts and Hibernate framework technology, running through the J2EE platform, using SERVER SQL 2012 database.The function of the system is divided into the basic data management, the visit plan management, the statistical analysis management, the resources survey management, the marketing interactive management, the service management, the business management. Basic data management includes retail customers information management, commodity information management, consumer information management. Visit plan management includes the terminal tracking, the monthly work plan, the weekly work plan, the day visit plan, customer manager marking, etc. Statistical analysis management is divided into order analysis, customer manager sales statistics, retail sales statistics, brand training, visit plan, etc. Resources investigation management includes monthly sales, brand training implementation, sales tracking, the visiting implementation of this week, etc. Marketing interactive management achieves the maintenance of announcement and activities management. Service management achieves the customer comments and complaints. Transaction management achieves the leadership assigned, schedule management, memorandum, communication, public information, abnormal warning, demand processing, micro channel interaction.The normal operation of the system will increase the intensity of the Weifang tobacco customer visits, improve the work efficiency of the staff, improve communication between customers and customer managers, improve the speed of information retrieval, and provide security for the data, and lay the foundation for the development of tobacco management in Weifang.
