As a leader of industry of semiconductor, and major CPU supplier in PC market as well, market request high-precision and high-volume production, and also the same request for assembly and test equipment. Time-based maintenance mode in traditional is hard to meet high-volume market requirement. Unscheduled-Downtime, unstable machine performance and variance among of same equipment type blocked manufactory capacity improvement. Based semiconductor packaging and testing equipment maintenance issues facing maintenance, by the use of service-oriented architecture( Service-Oriented Architecture, SOA) to design and implement enterprise asset management system. For this paper through International and domestic research direction of equipment maintenance, and refer to factory reality to designed structuring maintenance with high-precise, and got the following achievements:Build up production planning, equipment performance, technician management, and overall data collecting and analysis process; Implemented volume and time based equipment maintenance. Ensure whole assembly and test progress smoothly within control; Proposed based on production planning information maintain flexible maintenance plan. Introduced data analysis and monitoring into maintenance plan which improved lots of valuable efficiency activities; Integrated technician management and combined improvement plan in maintenance management system.Realization of the user customized for the user to provide a convenient change in personnel changes; remote upgrade management, which greatly facilitate system maintenance and upgrades, the use of computer-aided management staff, improve work efficiency, to promote the modernization of equipment management purposes. Finally, the system performance and functional testing, results show that the system basically achieve the desired design requirements and functional requirements.
