Design And Implementation Of Automobile Dealer Business System Based On SOA Integration Platform

With the development of automobile industry and the growth in sophistication of automobile market, automobile manufactures and their dealers begin to have more focus on “after-market” of car service, compare to new car sale, to keep the ability of continuous profit-making. In order to make the car dealers work more smoothly and efficiently in the process of vehicle parts management, maintenance service management, pre-owned car management, and other “after-market” business, establish a set of automobile dealer business system could not only help to increase the interactions between automobile manufactures and car dealers, but also improve the client service experience in the dealer side. So that automobile manufactures and car dealers can remain sufficient competitiveness in the intense competition market.The article is based on parts management theory, combines the feature of automobile parts industry to carry out the research and analysis on the theory level. Meanwhile, through the discovery of the technology related to service-oriented architecture integration and enterprise service bus, the article also puts the requirement of car dealer’s actual business process into consideration, designs the automobile dealer business system based on SOA integration platform. In the system design phrase, it utilizes the relative popular model-view-controller(MVC) three layer design pattern, to focus better on the development of each separate layer. Refer to the integration platform, it chooses to use the Websphere Enterprise Service Bus(WESB) to design and implement the common components like web service gateway, host router connector, host transaction service, which excellently handles interfaces of heterogeneous system. Moreover, it expatiates the implementation technology of page definition, data module and object relation mapping, service layer and data access layer.DBS system is deployed and run in the Car Host and Car dealers’ environment,the article has test and evaluate the functional application, interface transaction and performance of the of dealer business system. As a result, system solve a series of problems of platform unity, data latency and data accuracy, acquiring the high satisfaction of clients.The article provides a brand new idea in system management platform of car industry. It is meaningful for the whole industry to extend and improve the integration platform based on DBS.
