The development of information technology is profoundly changing the way of our work and life. The complexity of the application system is increasing, and in practice, the management and construction plan are out of sync, the design is uncoordinated, coupled with the complexity and variability of internet environment, all of these issues result in the situation that the information sharing is difficult to achieve between the existing application in government or enterprise, and the the current problem of cooperative work can not be solved effectively. Service-oriented architecture technologies create the necessary conditions for the cooperative work and communication in government or enterprises, and provide a viable technology platform for the realization of cross-department, cross- sector, and cross-organization cooperative work.This research focuses on providing effective support to the cooperative work of business process level. First, summaries the theory of computer supported cooperative work(CSCW) and service-oriented architecture(SOA), introduces the application model of SOA in CSCW; then proposes the concept of dynamic service integration in connection with the features of CSCW and advantages of SOA, designs the model of multi-layer structure for dynamic service integration and a dynamic service integration model which can achieve cooperative work business process, on the basis of this two models proposes the cooperative work architecture model based on dynamic service integration. This cooperative work architecture has advantages as adaptability, can archive distributed, loosely coupled, and heterogeneous; also has the flexibility to create cooperative business proceses. It solves the problem of high degree of coupling, unsupported heterogeneous platforms and orther defects in traditional cooperative work architecture. Constructs an independent process layer, which making the exchange of process layer between different systems possible, gives a good solution of communication and resource sharing among the geographical spread group, making the cooperative work of cross-regional, inter-organization more convenient.Then describes the key technology of implementing dynamic service integration from four aspects:the semantic-supported service discovery and matching; abstract service process definition of cooperative work business rules-driven; dynamic binding of services based on trust-degree and the exception handling model which implements service fault-tolerant strategies. Finally, presents the implementation of this cooperative work architecture model in transportation asset finance integrated system of Yunnan province. Successfully integrates the existing applications, and solves the problem of the construction and management of internal sharing platform. Also provides a stable, scalable and reliable foundation architecture for the transportation financial system in Yunnan province. The system has achieved good results in the implementation of the practical application, which proves that using the cooperative work architecture model based on dynamic service integration in the development is reasonable and feasible, and also shows the subject can play a directive role, have a practical significance and necessity.
