Due to m arket competition, how to attract and retain talent, inspire em ployees creativity, sense of responsibility and work et hic has become an important factor in the success of enterprise relationship. The purpose of this study is from the human resource management needs of today’ s enterprises starting to build a business for all em ployees of the online hum an resources management system. Development of human resources management system for the development of corporate strategy and internal management reforms have had a profound i mpact. In this process, hum an resource m anagement system can provide information support. And with the development of human resource management systems, somecompanies have begun to integrate disparate data information originally together, unified by the newly established Ministry of Information Systems to manage.The system uses B/S structure, usi ng JBuilder 9.0 as a developm ent tool, select SQL Server 2008 as the database server and application JSP, JavaBean, Servlet technology to achieve the various functions of the system. Achieve features include: employee information management, personnel change m anagement, attendance management, performance appraisal management, leave/ sick leave / travel management, rights management roles. The design seeks to thinking of software engineering, in accordance with the requirements analysis, database design, preliminary design, detailed design, programming, module a ssembly, project testing a nd other steps, through B/S mode programming and site construction, de sign, landscaping Comprehensive, use JSP as a foregro und teaching platform development tool, SQL Server back-end datab ase, enabling a W eb-based, enterprise network platform dynamic, interactive, personnel management, and facilitate employees achieve their daily work processes and personnel. The main user roles are: leadership, the general staff, personnel administrators and various privileges. Because of their different roles each permission to enter the function modules, contents of the ope ration also vary. Therefore, depending on the role of authority, the system is divided into: general staff functions corresponding sub-module, personnel administrator corresponding f unctional sub-modules and sub-m odules corresponding function leadership. They real ize the whole system functions based on the additions and deletions to change s earch operation corresponding data in the database table above.This paper describes the overall design of the system architecture, system functions, and introduced the system to achieve the required technol ogies, including JSP technology, SQL Server database managem ent technology and JBuilder developm ent tools, and then describes the system requirements analysis. Among these, the data needs of the personnel reso urce management system and r ole-based access secu rity permissions needs are describe d in detail. The paper also describes the system design, database design and realization of the princi ples of the system and some of the core code. Realization of the syst em to reduce the burden on bus iness enterprise personnel managers, improved personnel m anagement efficiency and enhance th e flexibility of personnel management, will help save time and resources.
