With the global trend of informationized management, the HR management is being switched from manual administration to informationized, modern and efficient management in our country. The HRMS has the merits which the traditional management is unable to compare with. For example, good versatility, high integrity, rapid retrieval, convenient search, high reliability, large reservation, good secrecy, long life and low cost. These merits can enormously enhance the efficiency of HR management for enterprises and are important preconditions for their integrated and scientific management to catch up with the world management standards. Application of computers for HR management can not only save the manpower and raise the working efficiency of HR information, but also the inevitable trend for time development.This thesis analyzes the background of HRMS and the current develop situation home and abroad. With the present conditions of the HR Management of the Enterprise in the Industrial Park, the author gives a concise illustration on the major Problems to be solved by the system and highlights the target, design principle, system structure and functional module. Besides, the core business, interface design and the system interface which are realized on the process of HRMS in the Industrial Park are analyzed in detail. Also the concrete realizable technique and method are provided.In this thesis, the matters to be considered include:First, on the basis of the distribution technique, the system with the components technique is divided into three modules of presentation logic, business logic and data management. With the RMI and Java the three-tier structure and distributed application are realized.Second, with the extendible design concepts, the versatility and flexibility are demonstrated via the design of the business procession and external interfaces which can be modified and arranged according to the actual requirement of enterprises. The good expansibility of the system can max meet the requirements of enterprises in future. Third, how to realize every business function comprehensively and systematically with the users' basic problems well resolved and how to design the practical and general modules according to the enterprises'features as well as meeting the private needs to get the agreements and supports by the enterprises are the key points for the success of the system.Fourth, keeping the system in safe, how to make sure the security of private information in use of the system and prevent these information from illegal use are important issues that should be considered.
