HumanResource Management is an indispensable part in the current enterprises and public institutions,which plays an important role in the effective operation of the unit. However,HumanResource Management is also one of the most overlaborate and inefficient departments in a unit.Presently,most enterprises and public institutions use computer in the management of information system or personnel system,but many of them rest on the primitive stage - paper report forms,manual input,computer processing and manual output, without even a small-sized database.This is the bottleneck restricting the management modernization of enterprises and public institutions.It is very necessary to develop a modern management tool to solve this problem,which is the main subject of the paper.In order to enhance the comprehensive management efficiency of the school and develop a HumanResource Management system,guided by the modern HRM theory,assisted by the advanced(?)on puter web technology,the paper researches on the(?)ign and realization strategy of school HRM system based on the B/S structure to realize the networking of HR information management,integration of query management and the scientific policy making based on statistic analysis.The paper first analyzes the status and necessity of establishing the school's HumanResource Management system/management information system,researches on the current and the advanced theories of the construction of management information system, absorbs the beneficial design thoughts and methods,and provides theoretical basis for the system's analysis and design.Using the Yixing Central School of Vocational Education as an example,the paper analyze the school's work process of personnel department,and puts forward some constructive advice for the operation process of several special departments to satisfy their own management traits and the general demand of common schools.The intercommunication between relative departments and the clients is also taken into consideration in the design of database,software system structure and networking environment.The physical model of information system is developed with an emphasis on the Internet and Intranet.In the end,the system is implemented and evaluated,experiences and lessions are accumulated and summarized for the further perfection to meet the general demand of small/medium-sized schools/enterprises and public institutions and make the system virtually suitable for these units.
