The Design And Implementation Of An Integrated Personnel Data Management Platform

With the continuous development of information society,the world network,information technology trend is increasingly obvious,the level of social information has become a measure of a country's comprehensive strength and development level of the important indicators.The rapid development of hi-tech and knowledge-based economy,represented by information technology,has also brought great pressure and challenges to the operation and management of governments,prompting the government to conform to the trend of the times,and the city change to "service,transparency and efficiency Sexual,responsive".In order to gain a favorable position in the new round of international competition,the contries in the world in order to increase the international competitive advantage,the construction of e-government is as an important work,so as to improve the efficiency of government work and quality of service,in the five areas of application,the "information highway" advocated by the world,e-government is listed as the first,e-government has become the leading national social information.This thesis will discuss the design and implementation of the data integration management platform of the personnel of Beijing Higher People's Court.The platform's front-end is realized in the company's framework Artery,the background makes Spring MVC as the framework,treats Java for the development language,uses PostgreSQL database.In the development process of the platform,the author participates in the analysis and development of background function and process of the whole platform,including running monitoring module,task scheduling module,data checking module,system management module,detection report module.These five large modules need to address the data structure of the ETL process,such as data structure type conversion,database structure curing,data recovery(no structural solidification,structural solidification),data quality monitoring,etc,and test report generation,operation log records,task flow log,data verification,task scheduling,version control,operation monitoring,and other issues.The conversion of the data structure type is to convert one type of data into another type.The solidification of the database structure is to compare the structure of the data table extracted from the source library with the existing table structure.If the structure of the existing library is not the same Into the same structure as the source library;data recovery includes the occurrence of structural changes and no structural changes in the data recovery.Personnel data integration management platform has been developed to complete,after several tests,functions have been achieved,and ultimately through the audit,put into use,the user again in the process of some problems and new requirements,will be completed in the follow-up version.
