The Research And Development Of The HRMS And Decision Support System Based On The Component

In the paper, discussing the history, characteristic, and status about the HRMS presently, established the model based on component by exerting the component and the intermediate technology,and the HRMS based on J2EE flat roof and component technology is studied. According to the software engineering theory, developed the HRMS, to which the UML, EJB, JSP and other new computer technologies have been applied.At the same time, in order to forecast the human resource supply, the decision support system, data warehouse and data mining technology are studied and applied to the human resource management system, and the human resource supply data warehouse is established. According to the human resource theory, applying the Markov algorithm on the basis of the establishing data warehouse, the human resource supply-forecasting model is put forward, and provides the scientific theory basis while forecasting the human resource supply.
