HRMS is one kind face the company internal management system management system, it requests succinct Yi Yong, the elegant appearance, the visualization effect good and so on. It takes the current management (including employment advertise management, personnel management, dormitory management, wage management, checking attendance management, administration and so on) and the operation management information management system, is playing the core role in the company, regarding the scale big company, its function may not neglect, once the system presents the breakdown, the entire work flow can paralyze, this will bring the inestimable loss to the company.The introduction and the state of art for the HRMS were given and the main problems which should be solved were talked about. We also talked about the target; design rules, system architecture and system funtion modules, and analyzed the core business, user interface design, system interfaces. Also the techniques were provided.Here are the key problems:First, on the basis of the distribution techniques and component techniques, the information system was divided into three blocks: representation logic, business logic, and data management. The RMI techniques in Java were used to realize the three-tier architecture and distribution application.Second, in the design pattern, follows JAVA the object-oriented design idea, the union current quite popular three frames (Struts + Hibernater + Spring) the conformity technology, utilizes the MVC type the development pattern, divides into the phase of exploitation it the service logic level, the key-course and the view level. Like this is advantageous for the later renewal and the maintenance. Divides into the function it the expression level, the service logic level and the data level.Third, core business. What this main consideration is how to realize the employment advertise management, the personnel management, the dormitory management, the wage management, the checking attendance management, the administration and so on as well as during various modules relations and so on complex service logic.Fourth, contact surface design.
