Establishing management system, employment training process to achieve professional school and enterprise, take th e production practice and the teaching training cross out of the way, the training content is more specific and practical, to improve the stud ents’ ability of practice, students can learn to practice, help to improve its competence in the workplace.In this dissertation, accord ing to the software engin eering principle, through the analysis of present traini ng, puts forward the feasibility of autom ated management solution, based on the requirem ent analysis, design the overall structure, business process and data structure, programming, implementation of the normal operation of the system. The system using the mature B/S structure, the design platform of.NET, wi th SQL Server 2008 as the database managem ent platform. The main achievement of the system management function, the inform ation input function, the training needs of management function, training plan, traini ng management function of resource management function, training plan, tr aining effectiveness evaluation function, information function, and for different users, different permissions to control access to different information to add, delete, m odify and retrieve, design of high efficiency, strong reusability and convenient data control library.The results prove that the design idea is vi able and effective. Reveals these basic principles and the design of the m anagement information system development process through the design and implem entation of the system, obtained the general solution of such management information system development.
