It really reduced the company's human and material expenses.This thesis designed a very functional and comprehensive employee attendance and training management information system through the research of human resources management theory and business process management. The system aimed at human resources management providing a functional and comprehensive system of staff training and attendance management for the small and medium enterprises. This thesis will show the analysis of the need, functional module ,and the database model, and thus designed the database structure and applications for the two modules of staff training and attendance management functions for the small and medium enterprises. By making extensive analysis and investigation of human resources requirements. The system uses Microsoft's Visual Studio 2005.NET'sASP.NET as a development tool. the development language used is C # language, background database used Microsoft's SQL Server 2005 database for the design, database access using ADO.NET database technology , Structure of the system using B / S model, achieved two functions of staff training and attendance management of work overtime for the small and medium enterprises.
