With the development of original city emergency, Digital City, and Information City, many problems appears, such as duplicate devolopment of information systems,maintenance and social management can not keep up well, the untilization rate of the systems which are already existed is not good enough, and all systems cannot share information effectively.As the informatization devolopment of Ningxia grows up, this artical recommend the experience of devoloping the alarm monitoring network system of Yinchuan(hereinafter referred to as PingAn Yinchuan) and the alarm monitoring network system of Wuzhong(hereinafter referred to as PingAn Wuzhong). Combined with the background of these projrcts and the current status of monitoring alarm systems,the artical will show the keypoints of the secondry system construction, especially about system network topology, the devolopment of integrated platform and the synergy of system integration as well. This will provide great technical support to the "Green City" devolopment.According to Yinchuan and Wuzhong alarm monitoring network system project,this artical focused on the underlying network, system integration and bayonet system,analyzed the current status and showed three main problems in the practical application process as follow:1. The bayonet of passing vehicle manufacturers are not unified, making all the manufacturers cannot cooperate well.2. The security system and integration system are not linked, and cannot control each other.3. The copy of the illegal data is still in the manual mode.In order to solve the problems above, I put forward the correspond solutions.Combined with the demand of the customers, I use XML structs to build these three interfaces:1.All the manufacturers’ bayonet devices will go through an unified interface specification, information of cars will write into database server through WebService interface.2.Illegal information which are screened will be confirmed with WebServiceinterface and automatically write into the database of policing system.3.The exchange between the integrated platform and bayonet will use the gateway and monitoring system, making communication, control, to achieve the alarm vehicles information share in all the systems well.After these interfaces come true, we can deepen the the intergration of the various systems and make the police handling cases of actual need easier.And this will show Advanced ideas and methods of the city monitoring network system construction.
