With the rapid development of information construction, many government agencies and enterprises have been deployed of a large amount of heterogeneous business system, how to share data between these systems and deal with business integration problems, is one of the hot spot. Compared with the traditional point-to-point solution’s shortcomings, to solve the problem of the application integration, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)provide a brand new way. This thesisselected topic originates from the author’s project in Chongqing, which is focus in public security emergency linkage area. The project’s final purpose is a control system of construction of the development of common software support platform. Researching and development ofservice integration platform based on the ESB is focus on "across nodes, across systems" information system interoperability. The author’s main work is as follows:1,analyzed the selection of key technologies such as ESB and SOA; determine the Apache Synapse as core ESB components, JBoss jBPM as business process management (BPM) components, Apache Tuscany as a service implementation.2, on this basis, the multi-channel110callcenter’s business process for application integration scenarios, and the author developed the in-depth analysis of the public security emergency control system (PSECS), as well as business interactive relationship, between each system of the ESB integration for business process integration and improvement, application integration scheme is presented.3, according to the above application integration scheme, implemented a prototype system, and have carried on the test and analysis, validate theservice integration platform in PSECS of the advanced nature, rationality and applicability.This research work has reference value for the design and implementationof the common software platform inlarge heterogeneous software systemintegration, through the test analysis and practical application;it can be used as a system integration reference case in the field of urban public safety emergency operations.
