Based on the Service Platform, the author offers a new load balancing algorithm. The algorithm uses light load and heavy load under different circumstances--the two-phase algorithm: light load of weighted random algorithm to ensure simple and efficient, heavy load bases on the load updates. Experiments on the performance of algorithm are taken in the Service Platform of Oriented Integration Network of the lab is compared with Random algorithm and Round algorithm in average response time. The Result shows that the two-phase algorithm has better performance than the other two algorithms in the Service Platform.
