The Design And Implementation Of The Oss Application Integration Platform For Headquarters Of China Telecom

With the long building process of China Telecom’s OSS system, a large number of old and new systems exist, they are very different from system architecture and technology, and complex issues such as interfaces, cannot adapt to the rapid and flexible support for business requirements. As the interface between each system service call too much, and the lack of a unified management standards, which led to the current interface protocol type too much, the interface between the various systems reticular structure.In order to standardize the interface of each system management services and systems between service calls, the headquarters of China Telecom Group started the construction of OSS application integration platform, from the OSS interfaces between systems and business processes, determine the same level of integration between systems within the relationship, and group relationship between vertical integration and the provinces to address the increased demand for services at the interface, the interface expansion issue and the realization of interface services, centralized monitoring and management, to achieve the sort of interface services, reuse and sharing.The status of OSS systems is analyzed in this Paper, the requirement for the OSS application integration platform is proposed, and the system is designed based on SOA technology, and the design and implementation of the application integration module, service integration module and service module is described in detail. The platform can achieve unified management interface services, shielding the complexity of interconnection between systems; conform to the "China Telecom Group. CTGMBOSS OSS2.5integration and technical volumes". The OSS Application Integration Platform achieve the information and data interaction in the China Telecom’s OSS domain.
