Mold industry that is an important part of equipment manufacturing industry faces the challenges of globlized market competition. The improvement of enterprise informationization and implementation of advanced manufacturing are the key points that mold enterprises can meet the needs of market rapidly and keep the innovation ability continuously. During the process of enterprise informationization, it is difficult to integrate all kinds of information systems to adapt to the changing business environment and integrate advantageous resources to optimize business process. Based on the characteristics of mold enterprise, this paper has carried out the research on the enterprise integration theory and the key technologies of information systems integration, and realized the service-oriented integration platform of the information systems for mold enterprises.Aiming at the requirements of enterprise modeling and the characteristics of service-oriented integration, a component enterprise modeling architecture is proposed. According to the architecture, a business-centered enterprise services modeling method is researched and an algorithm applied to extract services from legacy information systems is presented. These provide the foundation to create new services using top-down method and encapsulate services from legacy systems using bottom-up method. After analyzing the functional and the non-functional requirements of integration platform for mold enterprises, a mathematical model which describes functional constraints is established. Combined the software architecture theory, the architecture model of integration platform is deduced and the key technologies of implementing the architecture is proposed.Aiming at the issues of frequent manufacturing change, distributed application systems and delayed information share, a service bus based information integration method is proposed. At the same time, enterprise service bus technologies are researched, especially event-driven architecture principle, message transportation and transformation, content-based message router. Furthermore, a novel information integration framework is built to satisfy the specific information integration requirements of mold enterprise.According to the characteristics of mold production process that is flexible and difficult to manage, a BPM (business process management) oriented process integration method is proposed. By the means of combining the BPM theory and SOA technologies, lifecycle management of business process that includes process modeling, simulation & optimization and execution & monitoring is realized. Furthermore, a process integration framework that contains BPEL engine and workflow engine is implemented and it can adapt actual production circumstances and embody the flexibility and extensibility of SOA.Aiming at the issues that it's difficult to realize implicit knowledge acquisition while mold production depends on experience heavily, a process-oriented knowledge acquisition method is proposed. By the means of combining ontology technology, experience feedback model and concept graph tool, the goal of acquiring of empirical knowledge during the production process is achieved and the bottleneck of knowledge acquisition and knowledge base construction in manufacturing enterprise is broke through. Furthermore, a knowledge acquisition and reuse framework in heterogeneous environment is implemented based on integration platform. It provides a new way to apply knowledge under information integration environment. Finally, on the basis of research above key technologies, an information systems integration platform for mold enterprise is implemented. At the same time, the experience of implementation and application of the integration platform is summarized and several best practice principles are given in order to guide further work.
