| With the continuous development of economy, modern service has become key development areas of the national economy. Services in the general sense, refers to the tertiary industry, namely production and consumption to provide various kinds of services. In recent years, China's service sector has grown in strength and become an important pillar of the national economy. Services can create chance of jobs, maintain social stability. Typical services include: transportation, warehousing and postal industries, information transmission, computer services and software, wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering, and financial sector. The modern service means that it does not produce goods and industrial goods, mainly information, logistics, finance, accounting, consulting, legal services and other industries. Modern service fit the development needs of modern industry, breaking the field of consumer services sector formed a new production of services and intellectual (knowledge)-based services and new areas of public services, long-term development of society is important significance.In this paper, a modern interactive platform for service portal system, the platform is based on advanced IT technology and knowledge management concepts, improving the traditional service process, will be more efficient for users. This interactive platform is designed for two types of users, first of all, for the average user, the user can choose their desired service and application service providers; secondly, for service providers, they can submit their service descriptions, and wait for the user's service. Such a system provide a communication platform for service providers and service users, which focuses on modern service industry service distribution market, and set up proxy channel for common service providers, service providers, system integrators and end users, speeding up the service flow and the rapid development of modern service industry.Service interaction platform supports trade sectors based network for the development of modern service. Platform contains three types of user roles.(1)Ordinary usersOrdinary users are the most common role of the system. They are mainly user of services. Such users need features include user registration, user login, information search, information browsing, personal information management services.(2)Service provider usersService providers are kind of the users, and they can achieve all the features of ordinary users, while they can also be submitted to the system service applications, as a service provider. Therefore, special function should include the special features, services, information dissemination, and information management services.(3)Administrator UsersAdministrators are the defenders of the system, have the best authority. It can be the user information and service information management, custody, delete, add, modify and so on. In addition, the user should be able to data on the system statistics, statistical items include: the number of registered users, service information number, the number of applications the user service applications, service providers, service providers, the number of applications and services to the class proportion of the system.System design mainly includes three aspects: (1) System functional design. The part gives the architecture of the system from the point of view of system functions. (2) System architecture design, the part of the organizational structure from the system, a system of coordination between the various modules, the data transfer process. (3) Database design, the part of the system used in database design, based on the demand analysis, first presented the concept of relationship between the data, and finally the data description and data relationships into practical database.Interactive platform for modern service portal design requirements, mainly to achieve the following objectives:(1) The system uses human-computer dialogue, clear interface, information inquiry and flexible, convenient, fast, accurate, reliable data storage.(2) Implementing all kinds of documents, and powerful management capabilities of public information.(3) Implementation based on the user information management function.(4) Information retrieval functions.(5) In order to strengthen data security, set permission levels for each user.(6) Systems to maximize the ease of installation, easy maintenance and easy to operate.(7) The system is stable, safe and reliable.Modern service interaction platform consists of the following modules: General user module, service module to provide user functionality, administrators and other functional modules. One regular user module includes user registration, user login, information search and information browsing unit; services provide the user modules include user registration, user login, information dissemination and other functional units; Manager modules include user management, service and information management functional unit.Struts core of the system architecture in accordance with the basic idea, three-tier structure described by MVC. Model part of the user's request parameters used to package and forward it to the Action; View some part of the technology used JSP. Struts provides a rich tag library, tag libraries can be reduced through the use of scripts, custom tag library can be achieved with the Model of the effective interaction, and increase the real function; Controller part of the business logic used to control the system.Modern service industry service interaction platform focuses on service distribution market, sets up proxy channels for common service providers, service providers, system integrators and end users, speeds up the service flow and the rapid development of modern service industry. The paper illustrates the functional requirements and design implementation. The system was tested and achieved great research results.In this paper, the following aspects of work carried out in-depth study:(1) Illustrating the basic needs of the system, including functional requirements, performance requirements, system security requirements and user interface requirements.(2) According to the system requirements of the system in detail and in-depth design. Design includes the design of system functionality, system architecture design and database design. Database design is an important part of the system; it includes the concept design, logic design and physical design.(3) According to the design situation, the system was realized. Application of the MVC implementation process of three-tier architecture model, making the whole system is running strong and efficient and reusability.(4) The system was tested. Test from the following aspects: functional testing, Load testing, recovery testing and security testing.In summary, this system has made some achievements. However, it also has many deficiencies, and needs to be improved in future work. |
