With the rapid development of cities, urban water supply network and affiliated facilities also gradually. City pipe network is a complex, crisscrossed network, contains a huge data information. Under the traditional management mode is difficult to make scientific and efficient management. And the development of computer technology and the application of GIS technology to solve the urban water supply network system provides modern means the disadvantages of manual management. This article is on this basis, the combination of changsha municipal projects, for the study of urban water supply pipe network management system.In this thesis, the water supply network in surveying and mapping data as the main content, with changsha water supply network as the research object, by the perfect geographical spatial data management system and service system as the main structure, using computer technology, GIS technology and database technology to realize the collection of urban water supply pipe network data, import, processing, storage, query, statistics, analysis, display and export function, provide standard design for urban water supply management, planning, for water supply network and ancillary facilities for effective management, for the scheduling of water supply, repair, maintenance, and provide decision support condition.In this thesis, according to the demand analysis, general design, function design, system implementation, system testing the basic train of thought, based on Arc GIS 10 GIS development platform, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the attribute database, spatial database based on Geodatabase, C # language for software development language, USES B/S and C/S mixed structure model for system design. Top-down system, adopts the modular design thought, system according to the functional division for the map management module, query statistics module, network analysis module, network maintenance module, system management module and WEBGIS pipe network chart released the son module.This system main characteristic is: the WEBGIS, can make the social public water supply network graphics data browsing, query, calculation, download; Using C/S and B/S mode of mixed structure, C/S mainly in view of the user to modify the data directly, and B/S structure for display and query users; Have professional network analysis functions, including analysis, close the valve tube blasting scheme analysis and hydraulic calculation.
