Design And Implementation Of The ERP Financial General Ledger Information Management System Based On WEB

The web-based ERP financial management systems are these softwares which take the financial ledger voucher processing as a center,aiming to manage account books reports and regularly accounting ledger as well as the following functions: subsidiary ledgers, common ledger, financial statements to provide a complete accounting and financial management analysis in order to reflect the company’s activities and cash position for the enterprise business analysis, thus, they will support the decision-making for the enterprise. Besides the system is the core of ERP systems accounting system, working together with the corporate purchasing, sales, inventory and other systems tightly.This thesis first introduces the background of the web-based ERP financial management systems, and then explains the problems to be solved briefly, and discusses the significance and importance of the research. Then we puts forward the design vision of the system, and the demand analysis of the system in detail, and also the usage case diagram of the system. In the design of the system, the outline design and the detailed design are included. The system includes system management module, basic data management module, certificate management module, financial management module, and query statements module. The business flow diagram and class diagram of each module are also presented. In the end, the system is realized based on the detailed design and the test parameter is enclosed.The thesis summarizes the development of the financial ledger ERP management system in recent years and discusses the problems encountered in testing software applications in the last part. It also tells the prospects of the financial ledger information technology with a leading outlook.
