The enterprise resource planning is an enterprise's business management system, it can combine its internal resource, and manage the material flow, the fund flow and the information flow of enterprise together, furthest uses the existing resource of enterprise to obtain the bigger economic benefit. ERP processes into e-commerce era, the traditional ERP based on C/S structure can not meet the intercommunion and share of information between companies. As the important part of ERP, the finance management subsystem has the close relation to the enterprise's production subsystem, the supply chain management subsystem, the human resources subsystem, Inventory management subsystem and the equipment subsystem, which is the overall reflection to the staff, the fund, the material, the supply and the sale of enterprise. So, the finance management subsystem is always the essential part of ERP. General Ledger Management System is the core part of the finance management system. It is the important significance to study and design this system. This paper focuses on the design and realization of internet-oriented General Ledger Management System in ERP based on web. The contents are as follows:1. According to Requirement of intranet-oriented general ledger management system in ERP, the B/S structure architecture of general ledger management system is designed, which is based on Microsoft .NET.2. The relation between general ledger management system and the other ERP subsystem is analyzed, the operation flow and the data flow chart of general ledger management system are designed, and the modeling of database of the subsystem is built.3. The function modules of general ledger management system is designed, which include modules of basic data, financial processing, financial balance,query and printing, checking between bank and company, cash management, bill management, assistant management.4. The instance of general ledger management system are developed and implemented completely based on .NET platform, using web service, C#, JavaScript and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The deployment and maintenance of system is convenient. It is able to be operated in conveniently through Intranet and has friendly user interfaces.
