The Design And Implementation Of Financial Management Of The Panjin Port Group

Panjin port involves a wide variety of businesses,and the financial management department within the group is responsible for all financial management which is related to employees within the group.With the size of the staff increasing year by year,the group's internal financial management workload is also growing significantly.The traditional financial management mode shows its disadvantages more and more,so this paper intends to develop a set of financial management system in order to improve the internal financial management efficiency of the group.This paper analyzes the daily management work of the financial management department.It analyzes in detail the functions that users expect to achieve in the daily financial management work of the financial management system.This expectation includes requirements for the types of services that the system can provide,as well as the smooth operation of the system.Based on this analysis,the function of the whole system is divided into several parts,including reimbursement and vouchers,budget management and employee salary management.In order to design and develop these functional points separately,this paper adopts MVC architecture to organize the system structure,which reduces the dimension of system development and test,and is conducive to the maintenance and subsequent expansion of the system.In this paper,with the development of financial management system and after the system test and the early stage of the system commissioning,the results show that the system can provide effective help to the financial management work for the financial management department.It greatly reduces the operation amount of manual management and ensures the safe,reliable,smooth and orderly operation of the system.It not only improves the work efficiency of the financial management department,but also ensures the consistency of financial data within the group.
